Three Teen Sisters Jump to Their Deaths from a 9th-Floor Apartment on Removing Access to Phone by parents!

Three sisters tragically lost their lives this week after jumping from the ninth floor of their apartment building in Ghaziabad, India, according to their family and local authorities. The girls are believed to have become deeply engrossed in an online game and were recently prevented from accessing their phones. Their father expressed his heartbreak, saying, “This should not happen to any parent or child. I was unaware of the game, or I would have never let them play it.”

The sisters have been identified as Nishika, 16, Prachi, 14, and Pakhi, 12. Some reports also mention the name Vishika for the eldest. Family and police sources shared that the girls took their own lives by jumping from the balcony of their home, leaving behind an eight-page note addressed to their parents. The note reflected their love for online gaming and a fascination with Korean culture, according to their father.

Their father told NDTV that the girls had become obsessed with a Korean game involving a series of tasks and that they had spent nearly three years playing it. He mentioned that the sisters often expressed a desire to visit Korea. The COVID-19 pandemic appears to have intensified their phone use, and recently, they were restricted from accessing their devices, which seemed to cause distress.

Beware of your children if they remain alone in locked rooms, spending too much time on mobile phones, no social interactions, or emotionally uncontrolled- they are getting depressed or unable to come back. Parents please talk to them and do not hesitate to seek advice if psychologists at the earliest.
