IPCNA Houston Chapter Elects New Office Bearers for 2026–2027 Term

The Houston Chapter of the India Press Club of North America (IPCNA) has elected its new office bearers for the next two years. The election was held during the Annual General Body Meeting on Friday, December 19, 2025, at the office of Nerkazcha newspaper in Stafford.

Finny Raju was elected President. He serves as Chief Executive of Overseas Operations at the Harvest TV Network and is a former Treasurer and four-year Secretary of the IPCNA Houston Chapter. He is also a Director at Prayer Mount Media. Widely recognized as a prominent figure in Indian media circles in the United States and an active presence across several organizations, Finny Raju is expected to add strength to the Houston chapter.

Jeemon Ranni was elected Secretary. He is an online freelance reporter and a member of the Media and Public Relations wing of the Mar Thoma Church North America Diocese. A former Chairman of the St. Thomas College Union, he has received several awards for contributions to journalism.

Motti Mathew, Bureau Chief of Kairali TV Houston, was elected Vice President. He is a photographer and director of documentaries, short films, and commercial productions.

Other office bearers elected are: Joint Secretary – Dr. Raina Rock (Radio Jockey, Dakshin Radio);Treasurer – Viju Varghese (CEO, Malayali Entertainment); Joint Treasurer – Saji Pullad (Associate Editor, Nerkazcha).

The meeting was presided over by outgoing President Simon Vallacheril. The annual report was presented by Secretary Motti Mathew, and the financial statement was presented by Treasurer Aju Varikkad. Several members attended the meeting and congratulated the newly elected office bearers.
