A 12-year-old boy gave MDMA to his 10-year-old sister; stole ₹3 lakh for drug use.

In Kochi, a 12-year-old boy gave MDMA to his 10-year-old sister. He also stole ₹3 lakh from home for drug use. The underage boy would go out to consume drugs while the family was asleep.

When the incident came to light, he even attacked his family members. Currently, the boy is in a de-addiction center. Reports suggest that continuous drug use has affected his mental state.

Meanwhile, there are allegations that even after learning about the incident, the Elamakkara police did not report it to the CWC (Child Welfare Committee).
