Kerala Congress (M) Mani faction leader Jose K. Mani's daughter, Priyanka (28), was bitten by a snake. The incident occurred when she visited her mother Nisha's house in Alappuzha. Priyanka was admitted to Alappuzha Vandanam Medical College. The type of snake has not yet been identified.
Currently, Priyanka is under observation in the MICU. The medical college superintendent stated that there is no danger, and the bite was from a non-venomous snake. Authorities also mentioned that she will be discharged after observation.
