A young woman, who fell off her bike, boarded a bus and died; the accident occurred while attempting to overtake another vehicle.

A young woman who fell from her bike onto the road was run over by a bus and died. The accident happened while attempting to overtake another vehicle. The deceased has been identified as Simi Varsha (22), a resident of Vaniyambalam, Vandoor, Malappuram. Her husband was injured and admitted to the hospital. The accident occurred around 2:30 PM on Tuesday near Thiruvalli School.

While trying to overtake another vehicle, the bike collided with the side of an oncoming bus, causing it to overturn, and Simi Varsha fell under the bus. She died on the spot. Her husband, Vijish, has been admitted to Manjeri Medical College Hospital with injuries.
