Malayali philanthropist passes away in Ajman.
Chonokadavath Ashraf, also known as Athlal Ashraf (55), a native of Nettoor Kunnoth, Thalassery, Kannur, passed away in Ajman due to a heart attack. He was a member of the managing committee of Ajman Nasser Suwaidi Madrasa and an active presence in Samastha and KMCC organizations.
He was the son of the late V.U. Mammoootti and C.K. Fathima.
Wife: Bushra (native of Pinarayi).
Son: Muhammad Rafid (Teacher at Pinarayi Mappila School).
Siblings: Abdurahman, Muhammad Ali, Subaida, Saud, Raziya, Fausiya, and Tanzeera.
Following formal procedures, the funeral was held at Al Jurf Cemetery in Ajman.
