Ragging at Kozhikode Medical College: 11 MBBS Students Suspended
Action was taken following complaints from first-year MBBS students that they were ragged by second-year students in the college hostel.
The junior students alleged that senior students harassed them both mentally and physically. In response, the principal appointed a five-member inquiry committee. Based on the committee’s report, the students were suspended. The report has also been handed over to the medical college police for further action.
